A client was to down size in a time in need for more space. New walls were going up so I stepped into his workshop and drew up a plan that would utilize his existing staircase and added a loft that works with an existing carport. This is the Animation for which I followed so that I could build the loft without taking up his space, this way, I can construct and he can continue on with framing!
